Contents of our sides were provided with largest care. For the correctness, completeness and topicality of contents, we can not assume liability.
As a service provider we are responsible in accordance with §5 E-Commerce-law (ECG) for own contents according to the general laws. As a service provider we are however not obligated to supervise imported conveyed or stored information or research after circumstances, which refer to an illegal activity. Obligations for removing or blockage of the use of information after the general laws remains untouched. A relevant adhesion is only possible, starting from the time of the knowledge of a concrete law breakage. With the knowledge of an appropriate law breaking we will immediately remove these contents.
